Visivra Real or Fake: A Ten-Point Check You Can Run Yourself
Search results for this product split into two camps. One calls it a miracle. The other calls it a trap. Neither helps a careful buyer. This page does something plainer. It lists ten checks, runs each one against the paperwork this website holds, and says where we can confirm a fact and where we cannot.
Visivra is a real, labelled dietary supplement sold in the United States by Myvisivra, a New York stocking partner with a phone line, a lot code and a 60-day refund route. Real does not mean proven. The label names six ingredients, prints no amounts, and no trial has tested the finished capsule.
- Seller: Myvisivra, the U.S. stocking partner for Visivra, office at 40 Wall Street, Suite 1708, New York, NY 10005. It is a retailer, not the maker.
- Product: a capsule, 30 to a bottle, with six named actives and no amount printed for any of them.
- Order desk: +1 (323) 347-4522 for orders, tracking, changes and refunds. The website email cannot see orders.
- Batch: lot VIS-26/MY-3811 and certificate reference VIS-3811-26-MY. Both are filing references, not laboratory proof.
- Guarantee: 60 days from the date of purchase. Return postage is the buyer's cost.
- Regulation: Visivra is not FDA approved. No dietary supplement is.

What are we really asking when we ask if it is fake?
Two different questions hide inside the word fake. The first is about the business. Is there a real company, with a real address, that ships a real bottle and answers when you call? The second is about the product. Does the capsule do anything for your eyes? People mix the two up all the time, and that is how a perfectly real product ends up with the word scam attached to it.
We can speak to the first question with documents. We cannot answer the second one for you, and neither can anyone who has not measured your eyes before and after. So this page keeps them apart. The ten checks below are all about the business and the bottle. The question of whether the capsule is worth taking is covered in our post on results.
One more thing before the checks. This website is run by the stocking partner. We are paid when an order goes through the seller's checkout. That is a conflict of interest, and it is the reason we want you to be able to test our claims without taking our word. Where a check can be run with the bottle in your hand or one phone call, we say so.
What are the ten checks, and what do we hold for each?
Here is the full list. The middle column is what the distributor's paperwork and the label artwork give us. The right column says how far that goes. None of it is a laboratory result.
| Check | What we hold | How far it goes |
|---|---|---|
| 1. A named seller with a street address | Myvisivra, 40 Wall Street, Suite 1708, New York, NY 10005, USA | Listed in the footer of every page. You can look it up yourself. |
| 2. A phone number that reaches the order record | +1 (323) 347-4522, with [email protected] for email | Listed. A call is the cheapest test there is. |
| 3. A separate returns address | 345 Hudson Street, Floor 16, New York, NY 10014, USA | Different from the office. Both are printed on every page. |
| 4. A lot code you can match | VIS-26/MY-3811, on the base of the bottle when it carries one | Matches a production run. It says nothing about contents. |
| 5. A certificate reference | VIS-3811-26-MY | Shows a document is filed under that number. We do not publish the document. |
| 6. A real label | Front panel: Visivra, 30 Capsules, Dietary Supplement, an eye glyph | Confirmed from the artwork. There is no Supplement Facts panel. |
| 7. A published price | $158, $207 or $294 for 2, 3 or 6 bottles | Read from the seller's page on 18 September 2026. The checkout governs. |
| 8. A written guarantee | 60 days from purchase, claimed by phone | Written down, with a postage term attached. |
| 9. Reviews with a source | 4.8 of 5 from 1,068 written reviews, 9,069 orders | The seller's own figures. Not audited by anyone outside. |
| 10. Claims that stay inside the label | Four printed supports, no disease claims | This website repeats those four and nothing more. |
Eight of the ten are documents or facts you can check. Two, the certificate and the reviews, rest on the seller's word.
Read the table slowly and you will see the pattern. Checks one to eight are about transactions. They are exactly the things a fake operation tends to leave out. Fly-by-night sellers rarely print two New York addresses, a lot code, a phone line and a written return route. That does not make the business perfect. It does make it a real one, on the evidence we hold.

Which checks can you run without trusting us?
Some of the ten need nothing from this website. These are the ones to do yourself, in this order.
- Call +1 (323) 347-4522 before you order. Ask who answers, what the refund steps are, and whether they can tell you the form of the vitamin A and the amount of zinc in a capsule. How the call goes tells you a lot.
- When the bottle arrives, look at the cap seal. A broken seal ends the check. Do not take the capsules. Photograph it and call the order desk.
- Count the capsules against the 30 printed on the front panel.
- Turn the bottle over and read the base. Look for a lot code and a best-before date. Compare the code with VIS-26/MY-3811. A different code is usually just a newer run. A missing code is worth a call.
- Keep the order confirmation email. It carries the order ID, which is what the desk searches on.
None of these steps costs anything. All of them work whether or not you believe a word we say. The batch steps are set out in full on the batch verification page, and the refund steps are on the refund policy page.
Where does Visivra fall short of a clean bill?
A real product can still be a weak buy. We would rather list the weak spots here than have you find them later. Each one below is a fact on this website, and none of them is a sign of a fake.
- No amounts. Six actives are named. The seller does not publish how much of any of them is in a capsule. There is no Supplement Facts panel, no serving size and no other-ingredients line.
- No clinical trial on the finished capsule. Every study we cite tested a single ingredient at a stated amount.
- The doctor-formulated mark on the pack names no doctor, no credential and no date. We audit it on the testing and quality page and give it no weight.
- No third-party certifier's logo appears anywhere on the pack.
- The smallest pack is two bottles. No tier ships free. Two of the three add $9.99.
- The satisfaction seal says one hundred per cent. The written policy asks the buyer to pay return postage.
- The crossed-out prices are the seller's own comparison figures, not a price anyone recently paid.
If a list like that makes you pause, good. That is the right reaction to a label with no amounts. The 60-day guarantee exists so that you can test the product on your own eyes rather than on faith.
What about complaints, BBB scores and exposed stories?
Keywords like complaints, BBB and reviews exposed attract a lot of searches, so here is where we stand. We hold no BBB rating and no figures from any independent review platform for this product. The reviews page says plainly that no outside platform publishes a competing score. We will not invent one.
What we do hold is the seller's own review summary. It reports 4.8 out of 5 from 1,068 written reviews, 88 per cent who recommend it. No adverse event appears on the named roster. About five per cent of the written reviews sit at one or two stars, which is fifty-three of them. The roster the seller supplied names none of those buyers. Its lowest named row is three stars, from a buyer who wanted a faster change, called the order desk and stopped at two bottles.
When you read any complaint, from any site, ask four questions. Is it dated? Does it quote an order ID or a lot code? Is it about the capsule, the shipping or the refund timing? Did the writer call the order desk, or email the website address? That last one matters. The website inbox cannot see orders, so an email sent there about a parcel goes nowhere useful.
How do you tell the real checkout from a lookalike?
This website does not take payments. Every order button hands you off to the seller's own checkout, and card details are entered there. If a page asks for your card number on a site that is not that checkout, stop.
After a real order you should receive an order confirmation email with an order ID, and later a separate tracking email. The first one never updates. The second one arrives once the warehouse releases the parcel.
Third-party listings are a different matter. We cannot vouch for any listing on a marketplace or auction site. The 60-day guarantee described here belongs to orders placed through the seller's checkout. A marketplace applies its own returns policy.
What should you do if something looks wrong after you order?
Call the order desk. Have the order ID ready. The desk can see the order record and the batch paperwork, and it can chase a carrier. It can also change or cancel an order that has not yet been released to the warehouse, usually within a working day or two.
A damaged parcel, a wrong pack, a short count or a broken seal each have a clear first step: photograph first, then call. If the problem is a typo or a mistake on one of our pages, write to the website desk at [email protected] instead. Corrections are made on the page itself, and the review date moves forward.
If your eyes change while you take any supplement, that is a matter for an eye doctor, not for us. Sudden changes, new floaters, flashes or eye pain need same-day care. The National Eye Institute describes what an eye assessment covers.
Which sources sit behind this article?
Every study named in this article is one of the sources already cited across this website. Each link opens the public record. The studies tested single ingredients at stated amounts. None of them tested the finished Visivra capsule.

Frequently asked questions
Is Visivra real or fake?
Visivra is a real, labelled dietary supplement. Myvisivra, a New York stocking partner, sells it with a phone line, a lot code and a 60-day refund route. Real does not mean proven. The label prints no amounts and no trial has tested the finished capsule.
Is Visivra a scam?
We found nothing that makes it a scam. The business details check out against the paperwork. The honest weak spots are the missing amounts, the postage term on the guarantee and the seller-run reviews. Use the 60-day window to test it yourself.
Who is behind Visivra?
Myvisivra is the U.S. stocking partner for Visivra and runs this website from New York. It is a retailer, not the manufacturer. The party that makes the product holds the specification, and the order desk is the route to it.
Is there a certificate or lab test I can see?
This website holds a certificate reference, VIS-3811-26-MY, for lot VIS-26/MY-3811. That shows a document is filed under a number. It does not show what the document says. Ask the order desk for the certificate itself if the analysis matters to you.
Where do I report a problem with an order?
Call the order desk at +1 (323) 347-4522 with your order ID. The website email, [email protected], handles corrections to pages, privacy and press. It cannot see orders or start a refund.
Can I trust the Visivra reviews?
Treat them as the seller's summary, not as proof. The figures are 4.8 of 5 from 1,068 written reviews. They come from the seller's own widget, and no independent platform publishes a competing score.
Our view
On the evidence we hold, Visivra is a real product from a real, reachable seller. We would not call it a scam. We also would not call it proven. The honest label for it is this: a short ingredient list, no printed amounts, a documented refund route, and no trial of its own.
That mix suits some buyers and not others. If you need to see milligrams before you buy anything, this label will not satisfy you, and a phone call to the order desk is the next step. If you are comfortable testing a capsule for sixty days against a written baseline, the guarantee makes that a bounded risk. It is not a risk-free one, because return postage is yours.
Visivra is a dietary supplement. It is not FDA approved, and no supplement is. It does not treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have an eye condition, or your vision has changed, see an eye doctor first.

Order only if the answers satisfy you
If the ten checks leave you comfortable, the seller's checkout is the one route this desk can account for. If they do not, closing this page costs you nothing.
